I'm pleased to inform you that we (OSKA) have found a new headquartes in Wolverton.

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyone at St Mary Magdalene for their support over the last 20 years.

Providing quality Karate tuition in our Community has always been at the heart of our Organisation, and St Mary Magdalene has always been a valued partner in delivering that vision.

New aspirations to grow our Association have meant that we need accommodation that matches our projected growth, and sadly St Mary Magdalene simply does not have the capacity that we require.

On Wednesday 7th November, OSKA will be moving to the new Dojo at the Old Bath House, 205 Stratford Road, Wolverton, MK125LY

Classes will move to the following days and times;

• Wednesday 7pm to 8pm Juniors - Dance Studio
• Wednesday 8.30pm to 10pm Seniors- Main Hall
• Sunday 6pm to 7pm Juniors - Main Hall
• Sunday 7pm to 8.30pm Seniors - Main Hall

The new dojo has an increased capacity and the halls we will be using are better suited to Karate. Locally Tesco, Lidl, Asda, the new McDonald’s and several pubs and restaurants are within 2 minutes walk so that parents can do a spot of shopping or grab a coffee etc while waiting to collect their children.

Parking is free in Tesco, and the Old Bath House has it’s own parking area too.

At present we will keep the club fees to £3 per session per person, for existing students, however from January we will need to raise the cost to £4 to assist us in paying for our new premises. All new students that join the club from today onwards will be required to pay the new £4 fee.

With immediate effect, we shall be implementing the following arrangements at the St Mary Magdalene Dojo.

DROPPING OFF. Children are to be dropped off at 6.40pm ready for their class to begin at 6.45pm sharp. Parents will no longer be able to wait in the foyer during the sessions; instead they will need to vacate the premises once the children have been dropped off. Class will finish at 7.40pm

PICKING UP. Parents will be asked to be at the front door, promptly at 7.45pm where the children will be brought ready to be collected.

Adult Students are to arrive at 7.40 ready for their class to begin at 7.45pm, The class will finish at 9.30pm.

Our very last session at St Mary Magdalene will be on Monday 29th October 2018.

We thank you for your understanding, and apologise for any inconvenience that these new arrangements may cause.

Kindest and warmest regards

Shihan Neil and Sensei Jon
